Pricing questions
What counts as a case?
One server, from verification and evidence through contact, a follow-up and resolution. Substantiated cases include a takedown request to the host.
Targeted or full catalog rescan?
A targeted rescan sweeps for one MLO or map. A full catalog rescan sweeps for everything you've registered. Continuous monitoring runs either way.
Can I change plans?
Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current period or commitment.
What about complicated disputes?
Multi-provider escalations or legal work are quoted separately and only go ahead with your approval.
