Independence
Keydros is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cfx.re, FiveM, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Tebex or Discord. All trademarks belong to their owners. Keydros reads publicly available information about public servers and the sales data that studios choose to share with us.
Not legal advice
Keydros is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. We do not decide whether a particular use of a studio’s work infringes its rights; the studio does. Server owners who are unsure of their position should take independent legal advice.
Notices we send
A Keydros notice is sent on behalf of a studio that says it holds the rights in the MLO or map concerned. It tells the server owner what was found, when, and how to resolve it: show a licence, remove the resource, or explain a transfer. It is not a court order or a decision by any authority. Each notice carries a case reference, and every answer a server owner gives is checked against the studio’s sales and against later scans before a case is closed. A studio may also file a takedown with the platform that hosts the content; platform notices are a separate process run by the platform.
Disputing a notice
If you think you received a notice by mistake, you hold a licence we have not matched, the resource is yours, or you want a case reviewed, tell us. Reply on the notice page, or email hello@keydros.com with the case reference. A person reviews every dispute, and we can pause contact while we do. If the studio’s claim does not hold, the case is closed in your favour.
Reporting legal claims
Legal notices, subpoenas and rights-holder complaints about the Website or the service should go in writing to Brick Software LLC at the postal address above, with a copy to hello@keydros.com. Please include the case reference or URL, who you are, the right you are relying on, and how to reach you.
Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA on the Website. If something is hard to use, email hello@keydros.com and we will help and fix it.
