Agreement
These terms govern your use of the website at keydros.com (the “Website”). By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Website. Use of the dashboard at dashboard.keydros.com is governed by the separate Dashboard Terms.
Who provides Keydros
Keydros is operated by Brick Software LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (“we”, “us”). “Keydros” is the name of the service and Website; Brick Software LLC is the contracting party.
Information only
Content on the Website is published for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but give no warranty that it is complete or current. Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice. Keydros is not a law firm and nothing we publish, send or display is legal advice. If you need legal advice about licensing, copyright, or a dispute, speak to a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
The Keydros service
Keydros monitors public FiveM servers for unlicensed copies of a studio’s MLOs and maps, checks matches against the studio’s sales, and works each case to an outcome. The service is supplied under a written order or plan confirmation accepted by the studio, together with the Dashboard Terms. If those documents and these terms conflict on the service itself, they take priority.
When Keydros contacts a server owner it acts on behalf of the studio that holds the rights. A Keydros message is a request and a notice of the studio’s position. It is not a court order, a legal proceeding, or a finding by any authority. Only a court or other competent authority can decide a legal dispute.
Prices and results
- Prices shown on the Website are in euros and exclude VAT and any other applicable taxes unless stated. They are indicative until confirmed in an order and may change for future orders.
- The calculator and the “pays for itself” figures are illustrations built from the inputs you enter and from published case-study data. They are not forecasts or guarantees.
- Case-study results describe one studio over one period. Outcomes depend on the studio’s catalogue, how widely it has been copied, and how server owners respond. We do not guarantee any particular number of servers found, cases settled, removals, or revenue recovered. Where a case study is marked as interim, the final figures may differ.
Intellectual property
The Keydros and Brick Software LLC names, logos, and the text, design and code of the Website belong to Brick Software LLC or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not republish them as your own, scrape the Website at scale, or use our branding without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Website to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access, to interfere with its availability or security, to send us unlawful, misleading or bulk unsolicited material, or to impersonate Keydros or a studio we work for.
Third-party names
FiveM, Cfx.re, Tebex, Discord, Rockstar Games and other product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. Keydros is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Names are used only to describe what the service works with.
Third-party links
The Website links to services we do not control (for example Discord). We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Brick Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for the paid service is set by the order and the Dashboard Terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live, the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the Website. Keydros is offered to businesses and professionals; if you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the Website after a change means you accept it. Changes to a signed order follow the amendment clause in that order.
